We had an incredible week in Canada in the middle of July with Heather’s family. On the way up we stopped at Mark’s brother’s home in Helena, MT to play with the Hill cousins.
We spent the majority of the week in Waterton, the Canadian side of Glacier National Park. We saw deer, beautiful lakes, some amazing waterfalls, swarms of giant mosquitoes, incredible mountain scenery and even some bears.
Temperatures ranged from the 50s at night to the 80s on the hot days, and there were rain showers almost every night. Most of the families stayed at a “cabin”, which was really a nice vacation home in Waterton township with tons of bedrooms and plenty of space. Where we played with cousin shooting marshmallow arrows.
Then we went on all sorts of hikes with fishing and fun on the surrounding lakes in inflatable dinghies and kayaks.
We even went biking around the township to site see and to get Tiger flavored ice cream. We squeezed 17 people into am 11 passenger van.
We also got to visit Magrath (where Heather’s dad was raised)for the Taylor reunion, and Lethbridge (where Heather was born), to see Great Grandma Low
It was a vacation to remember!

So fun to see you all at the reunion! Your family is beautiful, Heather. Glad you had fun in Waterton.
Wow....this is so awesome Heather! Memories like these are such a precious treasure. You have such a great family. I miss seeing you all, MGM at the Taylor home, ER nights, making fun of Barry and Jason and vice versa. Good Times. It would be great to get our families together someday. We just need to plan a vacation to UT next year when you guys are there.
